Wailuku, Maui, HI (May 12, 2021) – Maui Health continues to vaccinate qualified residents throughout Maui County and, to date, has administered over 54,000 vaccines. We are pleased to accept all residents 12 years of age and older at our Maui Memorial Medical Center (MMMC)– Main Lobby location. Those 17-years-old and younger must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Appointments are not necessary, as we accept walk-ins during regular clinic hours, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 noon and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Prior registration is not necessary as our vaccine team will assist with that process on site. For those that prefer an appointment, please follow the instructions at www.mauihealth.org/covidvaccine.
Maui Health’s Grand Wailea Resort vaccine clinic location is open Wednesday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and also accepts walk-ins. As a reminder, this location administers the Moderna vaccine which is only approved for 18 years of age and older. Please note, this location will be closed on May 7, 12, 14, and 28th.
To date, 51% of Maui County residents have had at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine and we are doing our best to ensure the vaccine is easily accessible for all eligible residents to get their shot.
