<p>This award-winning program is designed to manage falls and increase activity levels. A Matter of Balance emphasizes practical strategies to manage falls and includes 8, 2-hour classes held twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays for 4 weeks, starting June 5th.</p>
<p><em>We encourage participants to attend all 8 classes.</em></p>

<li>set goals for increasing activity</li>
<li>make changes to reduce fall risks at home</li>
